A visit to our central London showroom is a recommended first step. Here, we maintain displays of the latest developments in kitchen design with integrated appliances, associated fittings and a wide range of loose furniture suggestions. In the comfort of our showroom you will have the opportunity of meeting a designer or other members of our team of product specialists. Our kitchen designers only design kitchens and are fully aware of the latest design trends and technical developments.
Your design brief
For the next step it would be helpful if you could provide us with a plan of your space, some overall dimensions and an outline brief of your requirements. You may have developed your own specific ideas or been influenced by the characteristics of the displays you have seen. This is an important moment to clearly identify the function, aesthetics and budget for your proposed scheme.
Using state of the art software we will create a computer generated design in the form of plans and elevations with the added tools of viewpoint perspectives and 3D walkthroughs. These proposals will be presented to you during a follow up meeting in our showroom when our initial ideas and recommendations can be discussed and a working budget tabled and agreed.
By the end of the meeting you will have received sufficient information to enable you to decide to proceed with the design prepared by our company. Before we release any drawings or agree to undertake any further design work we will ask you to settle an initial design fee. As well as surveying the spaces for our installation we will also review the condition of the site, pre-plan the arrangements for our deliveries to site and address any special requirements for the hoisting and distribution of our materials. We can also provide the contractor with information concerning their preparation of the spaces and the correct provision of services and outlet points.
Delivery and Installation
To place an order we require a signed order acceptance form and the payment of an agreed deposit. Our normal terms are the payment of a 30% deposit with the final balance due 7 days prior to the agreed delivery date. A copy of our business terms is available on request.
We maintain a dedicated warehouse in London where all our kitchen orders are received and stored. This facility allows us to maintain reasonable flexibility regarding the planned delivery and installation dates. All our installations are carried out by our own factory trained fitters and supervised by our managers. Members of our design team with also make scheduled visits to site to ensure that detailing and coordination is maintained throughout the installation period. Your contractors’ plumber and electrician will be required to attend site during the later stages of the installation to make the final service connections.
Contract and commercial
When the installation is practically complete an official handover meeting will be arranged to ensure that everything has been completed in accordance with the Contract
